"Tla' Al-Ali" is a large district surrounded by Al-Gardens, Khalda, Um Al- Summaq, and it is very close to Sweileh. It occupies a large area of the capital city of Jordan "Amman", and it is considered to be one of the beautiful, luxurious, and high – class districts.

Moreover, this neighborhood is very close to the largest university in Jordan, "University of Jordan", all that earned it a good reputation, and consequently, real estate became highly demanded in this reputable district.

This district is considered to be very large and spacious; that’s why it contains all kinds of properties. Its location is vital as well; for example, furnished apartments are highly demanded by the students (because it is close to some universities and colleges as mentioned), and even by tourists.
