The apartment price is determined by its space, age, and added services. By the end of 2014, the medium apartment costed between 50 - 65 thousands JD. This range would be higher if the apartment is larger.

And, as always advised, the prospective buyer needs to ask the experienced persons before buying to make sure that the apartment doesn't cost less than what he / she paid. And should also realize that its price will get higher in the coming years. Finally, buying in Arjan is a good chance and better than renting, as the medium apartment is rented by not less than 250 JD / month.
