In spite of the presence of shops and the commercial markets and Applied Science University in this nice district, it still one of the calm districts, in the city of Amman.

But the question now, is the location of the district a reason of having less services there? The answer is surely no, because many people look at it as a good district for them and their families especially because of its proximity to many districts as: Al-Jbeiha and Abu-Nusseir to mention a few.

What invites you to search for apartments for sale or for rent?

Location is one of the most important reasons which make people search for a property type in this district. Real estate here is similar to other districts at west Amman, which has a huge numbers of residents and expats. Many students that study in the applied sciences university are looking for apartments here and usually they need it furnished, which increased the demand on apartments in this district.

Population increased, Real estate choices increased and Prices increased too

The population in Jordan and specifically in Shafa Badran increased in the past period especially from the number of expats that came to work and live in the country lately; this has led to an increase in the real estate choices as well. Based on that, the property prices increased too. Taking Shafa-Badran as an example, we can notice an increase in prices with about 25%. That means the apartment which was rented out with 200 JD 3 years ago, now costs more than 250 JD.

For that sometimes you can notice that many investors and realtor are known for contrasting their works in this district. And they build different apartments and building with nice decoration and excellent finishing, and therefore we can notice the availability of big apartments that are offered for sale which consists of one floor and offered with different sizes.

Shafa-Badran is a high mountainous district, the location of many buildings is considered unique because they are located on top of a mountain or on a higher place compared to the ground level. Nothing is better than to live in a high place, you can see many places from your home and you can just enjoy the nature surrounding your house in this beautiful district.
